How to make panstick look less flaky and cakey?

So i bought some panstick make up (not max factor) and its amazing colour and coverage but with all make up it looks flaky on my skin i do use moisturiser before putting it on but with panstick i didnt because it didnt really make a difference, it looks good but like if you look closely to my face (not extremely close just like as if we were having a conversation close) you can like see its quite flaky specially on my nose and its not my skin so anyone know how i can get rid of this?

Couple of questions about a new tattoo?

Pretty much it is normal it sucks cause its on the wrist I know I have one done there too. It is normal though cause all it is is a open cut, and yes the best thing to do is use non-scented, NON-MEDICATED because that burns like a *****. I use liberiderm it's perfect it doesn't have a scent doesn't medicate and it moisturizes. I have 8 tattoos and I would say thats the best product to buy :) Also idk if they told you not to pick at it but DONT it will scar and look bad.

How do I get a more lighter and healthier skin?

For your skin use lemon or lime (i haven't tried lime). Just squeeze the juice out and put it onto a cotton ball and apply it to your face before bed, and when you wake up wash it off with cold water. I noticed on the first day it stings (until dry it stops) then it stings less and less as you go on. And it helps a lot! my skin was super soft the fist day i used it. And pimples and scars started to fade away on about day 3. It really works but you just have to continue to use it for a few weeks. Trust me the results are worth it!
