Why do some people say that Final Fantasy 6 is better than Final Fantasy 7?

Maybe they're saying that because they either never played FFVII or because they like the 3d graphics but either way they are completely misguided for saying number 6 was better than number 7 because it really did change RPG's and is still my all time favorite and I own an Xbox 360 but if they did what they planned and remade FFVII, I would do whatever I had to do to get a PS3 so I could play it
