Help with my pimples!!!!!!!!!?

i use cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer but i still have little pimples on my cheeks? and when i wash my face should i wash everywhere or just areas where i have alot of pimples at? by the way my dermatologist recommenced cetaphil for me
