Is this normal? Sun burn on face?

I got a sunburn on my nose and the area surrounding it a few days ago. It feels so dry and uncomfortable, my face just feels horrible.. Is this normal after a facial sunburn? Theres like a red crust beside my nose and it wrinkles and stuff.. no matter how much moisturizer I use it just feels terrible and hurts
