Met-Rx Big 100 Protein bars for kids are adults?

Hi guys I recently bought a Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal from 7-eleven, and I just wanted to know is it safe for kids to eat? I'm 16 but I didn't realize there was a lot of sugar alcohol because it didnt mention like the others and has safety direction for only adults. I took two bites and made me wonder if I should eat it or not. So, can kids like 14 and up eat it or is it only for adults?
