Question on download speed on Vuze?

I usually get around 400 kb/s when I use Vuze to download torrents. Generally depends on the seeds. However, tonight, I've been getting nothing higher than 3 kb/s and I'm enormously frustrated. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
