Simply replenishing rich moisturiser? ?

So i brought it sunday and left it on overnight nothing much happened to my skin but i was just wondering am i supposed to leave it on overnight? Also I've started putting vasiline on my eyelashes at night is it true that it will make them longer and thicker ? Thanks xx :)
