Need help clearing my face up?

OK so i have a wedding i need to attend to in 3 weeks. my skin is kinda breaking out from how hot its been recently. so far I've only been using Clearasil ultra acne scrub and clean & clear dual action moisturizer. should i continue to use these products and let my face clear up? or use something else?
