CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS BLACK THING!?

I always wake up in the middle of the night and I see this colossal black thing near my mouth, At first I thought it was a spider because a silky web like thing would always be all over my face. I tried eating it but it didn't taste like a spider. Even weirder in the mourning I cant walk straight. Can anyone tell me whats going on?????
