Could undiscovered giant sea creatures exist at the bottom of the ocean?

I know most people would automatically say no but when you think of how little of the ocean has been explored and the fact that creatures as big as the giant and colossal squid managed to elude us for so long it wouldn't be too much of a stretch of the imagination to think other undiscovered species may exist in places we have yet to explore.What do you think?
