Vic Mignogna's autograph?

im going to colossal con this year and want to get Vic's autograph. do I have to pay, if so how much is it? Do they provide a pic for you or do you have to make your own or whatever. How many things can I get signed by him(for friends that wont be going)? this is my first con so yes, I am a newb at this, but please help out, mkay?
