Do the people who are afraid of beauty products with "perfume" in them use perfume?

Because most people spray perfume on their necks and arms, while other parts of their body are sensitive to fragrances and other chemicals in moisturizers. I know I am, all my products are fragrance-free because of my sensitive skin.
