What's a REALLY good face moisturizer?

I woke up one morning and found my face TOTALLY dried out. Like seriously? I'm only fifteen, so how does this happen? Anyway, I was wondering if you can recommend a really, really good face moisturizer, one that won't leave my face oily and my pores clogged? Thanks so much. :) Oh, btw, if you might have a suggestion as to why my skin is acting like this? Thaaaanks. :D
