Diet please? I need to lose 1 kilo a week and I don't want to do a low carb regime?

I'm exercising every day but only toning and losing stuff all in weight or inches. It is extremely daunting but I don't want to give up yet again. I need my breads, pastas and cereals so I don't want to do a low carb diet but desperately need to lose my excess 33 kilos. Any DO-ABLE diet plan would be enormously appreciated!
