Home remedies or other for stress relief....?

Find time for yourself. Like treadmill jogging with your ipod and some soothing music. Close your eyes inhale deeply and exhale as you count down from 20 or 15. Sometimes a little caffeine will cure the headache. Chai tea is relaxing. Get plenty of sleep too. At least 8 hours a night. Hope this helps!
