My face dried out and left a blister!!! help!! "click"?

okay so i got a wave and started using it to help clear my face. its a face cleaner. so the next morning around my mouth was dry and red and started to like peel or something. so i used some moisturizer to help it but the next day it left this ugly blister with a lot of other little blisters around it. so i used carmex and the next morning it was kinda dried out and green and disgusting. so should i use carmex again tonight or just leave it alone and see what it does??? please help??
