When I wear MaScArAA, and i'm outside for 3 hours, will it SWEAT OFF?!?!!?!!!?

Wearing mascara is fine, but I suggest you should try waterproof mascara, any brand will do. And instead of wiping the sweat off your face with your bare hands, maybe bring some little tissue papers in a purse, so when you get sweaty, dab your face, keep in mind to not rub your eyes! I'm not sure about the skirt situation, it just depends on the top you're wearing.
