The doctor can prescibe you with acne medicine. my friend uses it and it is AMAZING. also clean and clear did what your current treatment doees for you so i woulddn't try it(although it really helped). because i had really good relults fron nuetragena i would consider trying the system where it gives you the three washes that suit you best. Finally you probably dont want to take it but birth control totallyy clears faces
